Refund policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our refund policy.
Refund and return policy: Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow returns.
If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), then we will not be able to issue you a refund. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed.
Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase. What's Her Secret is not responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your package back due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send over an invoice for shipping: meaning you will be charged for a new shipping label. If the customer decides not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to attach photos to your email if your product is incorrect, damaged or defective.
In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged/missing item, we will gladly replace it within 3 business days from the delivery date.
