Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. 

Once shipped, delivery time is estimated to be 3-6 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

(THIS SHIPPING TIMEFRAME EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND DURING HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING & SHIPPING). *Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* Business days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. 

Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase. What's Her Secret is not responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your package back due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send over an invoice for shipping: meaning you will be charged for a new shipping label. If the customer decides not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.
